Hostel Intake-129

Godavari College of Engineering has a separate Girls Hostel located in the College Premises itself. We have Facilities as a) Solar b) Internet Free 24×7 c) Hostel Library d) Purified Drinking Water for each floor e) Every floor has its separate washrooms f) Food provided in canteen (charges separately)

Rules

1. Hostel Admission will be based on First-Come-First-Serve basis.
2. Students are allowed to go to the city 3 times each; in a month for 3-4 hours.
3. Students leaving the hostel premises have to report to the hostel before 8.30pm in the evening.
4. Visitors are required to register in the visiting register and the visiting hour is 7.00am to 8.30pm.
5. Before going out students have to take permission from the Hostel Incharge one day in advance(Time-4.00pm-6.00pm).
6. Permission letter duly filled and signed by parents are to be submitted by students incase they want to go out for tuitions.
7. Allocation of room will be made by the Rector.
8. Any hostel inmate found indulging in anti-social activities, creating nuisance to fellow inmates or any other mischief will be expelled from the hostel. The fees will not be refundable in such cases.
9. During college sessions, no student should be found in the hostel otherwise she shall be liable for strict disciplinary action.
10. Absence from hostel without prior written permission will lead to strict disciplinary action and may even lead to expulsion from hostel.
11. Any magazine, poster or literature of objectionable nature found to be in possession of any student will lead to expulsion from hostel.
12. Students must pay the hostel fees within the given time span.
13. Students must report regarding their change of communication address if any to the office. Hostel will not be responsible for any loss of information due to any change of your communication address.
14. Students should not keep their valuable items like mobiles, jewellery, etc with them while staying in hostel. The Institute shall not be responsible for any loss of valuables items.
15. Hostel deposit shall not be refundable if the candidate causes damages / loss to the infrastructure of hostel.
